Puppy Training
You may think that training only starts once they are 6 months or older
but the truth is that it starts the day you get your pup. Teaching the pup what acceptable behaviors and unacceptable behaviors are at a young age is crucial and can save you in the long run once they are fully grown and no longer as easy to manage.
In the puppy stage everything has to be fun for the puppy and I focus on making them a well mannered member of the household and starting on commands such as here, heel, sit and down( both with implied stay).
"There's no such thing as training too early. Your puppy can learn key life patterns and jump straight into well-mannered behavior. With a bit of fun."

A note from a happy dog owner
Devlin trained our Boykin Spaniel Addie from a 7-month-old puppy to a finished hunting dog.
To say we are pleased would be a huge understatement. Devlin’s keen dog sense and fair approach to training produced exactly what we were looking for. A dog that loves the field and is totally under control in all situations. Addie is as much Devlin’s as she is ours. He treated her like his own from start to finish. Devlin truly has the gift of dog sense. Most don’t. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. I look forward to working with Devlin in the future and truly value our friendship.
